If you or your client requires an evaluation and affidavit, you can request a medical or psychological evaluation either through our parent organization Physicians for Human Rights, or directly with BHRAC.
To request an evaluation through Physicians for Human Rights, please complete the
forensic evaluation request form. In the "Details of the Case" box, indicate in capital letters that you would like for your client to be seen by the Brown Human Rights Asylum Clinic. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
It can take up to one month from the time the initial application is submitted to the time the final medical affidavit is complete. Please allow plenty of time to ensure that this process runs smoothly.
